Fussy

A sad and fussy baby this afternoon.  She was so tired but would wake up screaming.  Just wanted Grandma to hold her and rock her.  After about an hour and a half she had enough rest and was a very happy baby again; smiling, laughing and talking!

What is this in my mouth?

Miss Squirmalicious has been given the go ahead by her doctor to start eating cereal, fruits and vegetables.  Today I tried feeding her rice cereal and applesauce.  The look on her face was priceless; she didn't know what to make of it!  It's going to be so interesting to find out what foods she likes and dislikes.  Fun, fun, fun!

The Squirmalicious' Speech

Miss Squirmalicious has so very much to say.  She'll go on and on with such inflection and so many sounds!  Sometimes she even gets upset and yells...too cute.  I wish I knew what she was trying to tell us.  Her voice is so adorable!!

Sit up

Miss Squirmalicious has been very busy this week.  When drinking her bottle, many times she's trying to look all around and wiggle and push her butt up in the air.

If she's not laying down squirming around and rolling over, she wants to sit up!  She tries to sit up in her car seat and in her infant seat.  When being held, she insists on being upright.

Cutie Pie

My Squirmalicious is such a Cutie Pie. She is the most adorable grandbaby.  I love to watch her sleep.  She makes the cutest faces and sometimes smiles and almost giggles!

Good day

A good day with Miss Squirmalicous.  First, she had a big giant poopy diaper for her Daddy just before I got to their house!  Always considerate of her Grandma... ;)

We did some laundry, went shopping and played.  She kept trying to sit up in her car seat, along with moving her legs like a maniac!

Precious Gift

My Squirmalicious is just so adorable, I love spending my days with her.  She is learning new things everyday and is such a happy baby.  She was making new sounds today and putting multiple sounds together.

I thank God every day for this precious gift!

Squirming out of her pants.

A sleepy baby today.  Didn't eat too much but did enjoy her teething kitty, chewed on her hands a lot and needed her pacifier quite a bit.

Miss Squirmalicious did manage to turn herself around in the playard and in the process almost squirmed herself out of her diaper and panties!  Baby butt crack...now that's cute!

Monkeys jumping on the bed...

Miss Squirmalicious rolled over from her belly to her back today!  There was much frustration getting there and she looked surprised when she did it.

The song "No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed" came on her Pandora radio station and when I sang along she really liked it.  Later in the day we were playing with the Sock Monkey and he sang the song and acted it out.  Next Miss Squirmalicious was jumping on the bed and was so happy that when I put her down and kissed her belly all over she actually laughed out loud!  So adorable!

Out and About

We went to Grandma's doctor appt and after that to Wegman's.  Miss Squirmalicious seems to love being out and about.  Later in the afternoon, after being a pee pee head so we had to change clothes and sheets, we had a nice trip to the library.

A Very Good Day

We had a very good day, including visiting with Auntie J who was promoted to VP.  Miss Squirmalicious was so excited she rolled over to her left for the first time.

Later on she decided to toot in Grandma's face while getting her diaper changed!

Exhausted!

Miss Squirmalicious was so exhausted after a big weekend partying in NJ with Mommy & Daddy.  She could barely keep her eyes open and cried very sadly when she needed to eat or be changed.

She was sleeping on our bed while I ironed and suddenly woke up screaming, very upset.  She was soaked and so was Grandma & Grandpa's bed.  She was not happy to be cleaned up and went right back to sleep once she was changed.

By the end of the day she was her usual self, laughing and talking and squirming!
